Warren has served as the CEO of the Hi-Rise Group since establishing the company in 1979. Prior to this, he was a Co-Founder of Farano Green law firm and President and CEO of Planned Fiscal Systems Ltd., a company engaged in the building, development, and financing of residential and commercial projects. Additionally, Mr. Green was responsible for the construction and financing of over 3,000 apartment units under the MURB program.

Shawn oversees the management of the company’s projects, project financing and sourcing new developments. Shawn was vital in establishing a relationship with LiUNA by managing the Lister Block redevelopment project. The re-development of Hamilton’s historic Lister Block was recognized for its achievement by the Heritage Canada Foundation. The LiUNA partnership continues today, with the re-development of a number of projects throughout Southern Ontario.

Andrew brings a background in accounting and a CPA designation to his role of Vice-President at Hi-Rise. He has worked with Hi-Rise on select projects since 2009 before formally becoming a Partner of the company in 2019. Prior to assuming his role at Hi-Rise, Andrew founded and operated a custom home construction company for nine years, so he is well versed in the intricacies of real estate and construction.
